Leaders are held to a greater level of accountability than others. Leaders must be people of passion and vision. They must know how to keep passion burning and how to impart it to others. Leaders must recognize that they have a stewardship responsibility to train others, and have to learn how to “give away” what they have received. All leaders are also responsible for the entire Body of Christ and must work toward unifying the Body if we are really going to influence our society and advance the Kingdom.
